Odilichukwu leads Dillects Enterprises with a background bridging corporate advisory, dispute resolution and arbitration, strategic project oversight, and creative execution. She is the author of two published books, an active spoken word poet, and the Founder & Editor-in-Chief of The Intellects Magazine.
